The Director post is the central role in AIM providing strategic and operational leadership, direction and management for the Charity and overseeing the quality assurance processes of our service delivery.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with significant and innovatory experience in working with children and young people with harmful sexual behaviours who is creative and has the ability and strategic management experience to lead and grow an organisation
