Claire Alldis – The AIM Project Director

Claire Alldis is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in supporting young people and families in the fields of youth justice, child exploitation, education, sexual abuse and interpersonal trauma. With over 18 years of experience in safeguarding, and working with complex risk, she has held key roles at national charities and within local authorities, leading services and programmes, whilst advocating for young people and leading teams through complex challenges and change.
She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management and started her career with BSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
